Strenuous Trek: This is the most physically demanding EBC Trek. Takes place in remote, rugged, and high-altitude regions. The trek requires excellent physical conditioning, stamina, and extensive trekking experience. This trek involves challenging 4800m+ mountain passes and longer trekking day durations.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu rest and relax.

Day 02: Half day city sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley

Day 03: Fly to Lukla and commence trek to Phakding. 

Day 4-21: Trek to base camp & return to Lukla

Day 22: Fly from Lukla – Kathmandu.

Day 23: Allow as contingency day / Rest and relax (Farewell dinner in the evening) 

Day 24: Depart Kathmandu for home
